Don't you just want to hug these little cuties. The Lionhead is one of the newest breeds. They were brought into the US in 1999 mostly from Europe. Both male and female Lionheads have a mane of Angora like wool encircling their head much like a male African Lion. They are a small breed weighing between 2.5 and 4.0 pounds.
